The Prosser Taco Truck, formally known as El Costeno
361 Wine Country Road (just behind Jen's Java Juice espresso stand.)

This taco truck is currently the only such licensed vendor in Prosser. It was first allowed in during a previous 'business friendly' city administration and remains today in spite of the current administration's desire it be gone. Hundreds of satisfied customers visit this vendor on a daily basis for a good selection of Mexican foods. No ground meats are served, only quality cuts of choice meats can be found there served by friendly staff.
