Zeus,

With the demise of the previous TCH forum, all the posts on the county seat question got zapped also. This subject does not seem appropriate for the Prosser government tab and perhaps you may want to start a separate tab for posts on this subject. I am not sure where Fred Staples is on his efforts to get this to ballot. Just a suggestion.
