I don't know how much you want to get into things for SALE around Prosser. A place for real estate would be of service to many. Places for sale and/or rent. Either separate categories or together. How about commercial properties for sale/rent? Just an idea.

I didn't think about anonymous posters. If they post things for sale or rent and expect a response they will have to identify themselves and post a phone number and/or address. It is no problem in my case but the vast majority of posters do not identify themselves. I guess posters can send private emails or notes if they are interested and the owner will have to respond somehow. Don't know how it will work for the anonymous. Maybe they could have a second account in which they use their real name and then a political type account where they are anonymous.
